fitter happier

Do not drink too much
Make exersice at the gym three days a week
Eating well (no microwave dinner)
Be a patient better driver
Sleeping well (no bad dreams)
Keep in contact with old friends (enjoy a drink now and then)\
Will not cry in public
Still cries at a good film
still kisses with saliva
concerned but powerless
No paranoia
careful to all animals
